Zao Lilac Romance 476 lipstick refill is designed to fit the ZAO classic lipstick cases and saves waste and adds longevity to your natural makeup inventory.
Although Zao isn’t completely plastic free, their lipsticks are refillable, making a much healthier, sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to purchasing an entirely new fully plastic product.
All of these Lipsticks are talc-free vegan, organic and cruelty free with limited, if any plastic packaging.
As with all Zao products, this is free from talc and parabens (synthetic preservatives), instead Zao use micronised silver as an effective and non-toxic preservative. Zao does not use nanoparticles in their products, with the micronised silver being larger than nanoparticle size, making Zao products safe and free from man made toxic chemical preservatives.

Packaging
The refills do come in plastic that is easily and fully recyclable but Zao are working towards replacing this plastic packaging with card/paper in the future.
